Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our client’s team in a newly created position. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for quality control, brand consistency, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards across all Greater Phoenix communities under development.

As the Community Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, presentation, and overall experience of residential communities during the development phase, ensuring they align with brand image and company standards. You’ll be the key point of contact for internal team members, trade partners, HOA management companies, and other stakeholders, driving results through collaboration and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain community standards during development phases.
  • Conduct regular visits to communities to assess and ensure presentation meets company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure continuity of image, experience and quality.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the overall feel and experience of each community.
  • Manage time effectively and be prepared to spend 90% of time in the field, covering the entire Greater Phoenix Metro area.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail and high standards.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience in property management, HOA management, hospitality, or restaurant management would be beneficial
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep everyone aligned with a shared vision.

Direct hire

90-110K DOE, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package
