The company is a locally operated commercial property management office responsible for overseeing two million square feet of commercial office and industrial properties in the Phoenix area. As a Commercial Property Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for one of our Property Managers and the tenants they serve.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for tenant calls, vendor communications, and maintenance requests.
- Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including:
- Collecting and processing rent from approximately 200 tenants each month.
- Managing the accounting inbox to track and audit bills and payments.
- Coding invoices and coordinating the mailing of checks.
- Collaborate with the corporate accounting team for utility payments and other financial tasks.
- Assist with vendor management and coordination of maintenance and service requests.
- Keep operations running smoothly while ensuring tenants receive excellent service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred: Prior experience in commercial property management in a similar administrative support role.
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- While prior property management experience is ideal, we’re open to candidates with strong administrative backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.
Location: Washington/Priest Area (Tempe/Phoenix Border)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible start/end times between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM)
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and flexible workplace culture
