Business Development Representative – HVAC Services

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a go-getter who can generate and close commercial HVAC maintenance contracts with businesses such as property managers, office complexes, and other commercial facilities. You’ll also have the opportunity to sell residential maintenance agreements—many of which are warm leads generated by our technicians in the field.

This is a client-facing, high-impact role where your hustle, communication skills, and strategic thinking will help us expand our service footprint across the region.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HVAC or commercial maintenance contract sales experience is highly preferred

  • Will also consider candidates with a strong in-person sales track record (e.g., B2B, facilities services, or related industries)

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales KPIs

  • Self-starter who can generate their own leads and build long-term relationships

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 DOE 

  • Commissions paid on all contracts generated, plus vehicle allowance, cell phone and expense account

  • On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$80,000+ annually

  • Higher base possible for candidates with proven HVAC sales success

Location: Scottsdale (will be in the field 80% of the time)
