Bilingual Senior HR Business Partner (Hybrid – Scottsdale, AZ)
- Salary: $120K–$140K + 12% Bonus + Profit Sharing

Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, people-driven environments? We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) HR business partner with experience in California employment law, labor relations/strategy, and a passion for coaching and empowering HR teams.
You’ll lead a talented team of 4 site HR leaders, supporting ~300 employees across the U.S. This role is perfect for someone who understands the rhythm of field sales, distribution, and production environments and wants to influence culture at scale.
- Lead HR strategy, engagement, and compliance across multiple locations
- Build strong partnerships with field leadership and national teams
- Drive cultural initiatives that strengthen retention and focus on labor relations
- Travel up to 30% (with schedule flexibility)
Must-Haves:
- 5 years of human resource business partnership experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- At least 1 year California HR compliance experience
- At least 6 months labor relations experience
- HR leadership experience (direct reports)
- Strong communication, coaching & ER skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP)
- Manufacturing/distribution background
- Experience supporting field sales teams
