Administrative Assistant
Seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and can work autonomously. We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a Vice President overseeing multiple branch sales and operations managers across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between the VP and regional sales & operations managers.
- Gather, compile, and analyze business performance data to create clear, actionable reports.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas, queries, and pivot tables, to streamline reporting and provide insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion of reports and projects.
- Maintain seamless communication and coordination across multiple time zones.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable working with complex spreadsheets, formulas, and data visualization tools).
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across multiple states.
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and adaptability.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- On-site role in North Phoenix office – fully in-person.
- Early start time with mid-afternoon end to align with other time zones.
