Job Description
Searching for a Commercial Lender to join a regional bank with a location in Yuma, AZ. The Commercial Lender will grow and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, retain existing banking relationships, and grow new commercial relationships. To be successful in this role, credit and sales are required. This company is heavily focused on commercial real estate but does have clients in the CNI industrial / manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop lending and deposit business
• Call existing clients to expand portfolio
• Call prospects to gain new clients
• Commercial loan application intake
• Review client financials and assess loan risk
• Make underwriting decisions
• Complete loan documents and close out the loan process

Requirements:

• 5+ years of banking experience
• Commercial lending experience required
• Bachelors degree preferred

$100,000 – $125,000 + Commission plan
